Who will maintain the server technically?
Maybe you already have a server in-house. Then this problem is already solved – and we caneven help your people with this. Or you can have the hosted solution, in which case we will maintain the server and do all the technical updates, and also do the content updates.
Who will be in charge of user management?
This is normally done by your people. But it can also be done by our people. We have created tools and procedures for this. You will be updated on a weekly basis via email with what has been done.
Do you have to create the reports that you want?
We have already created all the reports that you want. If needed our specialist will build you custom reports.
