Your department needs to be trained to use the new software

You are responsible for the implementation or upgrade of the new software. You know that if your people are not trained, they will not be productive and they will not be motivated. So, you have to train them. Or better: they have to be trained as you are so busy.

Normal training with a trainer, in a classroom is not an option

You just don’t have the time or the resources to have all your employees trained by a professional trainer. You may not have enough classrooms. Or PCs. Or your employees work in shifts. And you have several locations. And finally, where can you find a qualified trainer?

Of course you’ve thought  about e-learning. But would it really be that simple? You give a URL to your employees, and that’s it? Probably not. Actually, not at all.
